Qaznickel and the future of cobalt and nickel extraction

At QazNickel, we use innovative techniques like in situ leaching (ISL) to minimize environmental impact and reduce costs while extracting nickel and cobalt for the EV economy.

Since we started working on the Gornostayevskoye cobalt-nickel ore field in East Kazakhstan, we have been using sustainable alternatives to traditional mining while reinforcing our position as a forward-thinking player in the mining industry.
